| TRANSNATIONAL REGIMES INSTITUTE Synpolis is an independent institute for the creation and processing of international governance regimes in the field of private and public diplomacy. The regimes development, implementation and optimization are provided by intersystemic synchronisation and transformation procedures, based on interdisciplinary think-tank and political counselling functions. Synpolis is a cooperation partner of the European Foreign Policy Council, Brussels. Synpolis focus is the assistance for (inter-) governmental institutions, international organizations and civil societies associations to create, evaluate, develop, expand and/or optimize intersystemic structures and implementation of multilateral coordination and integration. Every collaboration is offered to be based on international infrastructures auditing, strategy development and policy impact coaching. Synpolis also coordinates additional external expertise and equivalent competence. Synpolis advising functions support congruent development and the convergence of relationship structures, as well as the creation of sustainable collaborations, networks and alliances and/or other kinds of syndication. It also covers interpersonal connections, media relations and contact functions to political organizations, parties, associations, project and interest groups. The counselling procedures include negotiations | interactions coaching, supervisory and impact assessments. Synpolis is a mediator for selecting and qualifying interactions and also functions as a referencing communicator on working levels and decision making levels. In order to guarantee and expand substantial transformation and interfusion, additional capacities in neutral intermediation and clearing functions are also offered. Synpolis, in the case of misleading processes, offers crisis communication and prevention, conciliation, conflict regulation procedures and equivalent intervention, targeting of good understanding, trust building and coincidental strategic interactions, guaranteeing of sustainable solutions and consensual ruling, concluding intersystemic transformation and integrative synchronization. Synpolis also assists in expanding and deepening coinciding processes by supporting the intercultural exchange of mutual perception of differences and the common structures of human being and civil societies. Synpolis is neutral, independent and focused on peace-keeping | -creation and development of welfare. Synpolis invites inter-| multinational state institutions, governmental units, associations and organizations, companies and project groups to collaborate.
