Out of this understanding, EUFPC offers, aspires to and facilitates the interdisciplinary and holistic progressing and enforcement of existing positions and strategic plans of European Foreign Policy: Functions & Services. EUFPC actively integrates and synchronizes the most relevant intellectual, economical and institutional forces in order to support the processing and deepening of the EU's strategic identification and positioning in the international system, facilitated by civil-societies' determination and public-private interflow: Synergy & Cooperation. EUFPC is to be understood and made use of for the creation of the organisational and substantial model, as well as for synchronizing the preparation of civil societies' 'institutionalization' of a common European Foreign Policy, in general and in its deducted fields of specialisation. - According to that, EUFPC is self-committed as ruled in the preamble headlining the EUFPC-statutes: The developing Self and evolving group consciousness in Europe and the world desire a harmonious order of just co-existence and humane peace creating changes: by non-violent conflict prevention and solution, sustainable participative co-operation and synchronistic balancing of interests out of a universal spirit of oneness. In order to meet these demands and to take on these tasks, the European Union is to be established as an active, co-creative political force in the international system. The political and economical performance of the EU-integration has internally created a free system of sustainable peace, based on multilateralism and supranationalism . With this unique performance, the EU-integration process is a basic reference for ideal governance of peace creation, now facing its greatest transformational challenge in implementing its predestination of being a sovereignly interacting, globally processing peace power. The 'EU peace formula' is an offer and a blueprint of supranational governance in the international system to be politically, economically and culturally transformed. In order to catalyse this process and under strict observance of the principle of subsidiarity , the vision, paradigms, strategic determinations and guidelines, as well as the diplomatic governance structures of the European Foreign Policy, are to develop and correlate with the demands of the international system, specifically: multilaterally based dialog and collaboration, supranational regimes creation and institution building as constitutive participation to work actively on an innovative world order of real freedom and peace. Out of this spirit and consciousness, the members of EUFPC aspire to establish a political and civil societies' true elite, based on the co-operation of European and international experts, in order to inspire, initiate and support active, integrative creation and formulation as well as the implementation and manifestation of coherent European Foreign Policy as a driving force for transformation, synchronisation and multilaterally governed concordance of international policy and world order.
