In order to meet the demands and provide excellence of implementation, EUFPC especially coordinates, facilitates, assembles and syndicates inter-, multidisciplinary knowledge, equivalent expertise and scientific brain capacities in the international political, economical and cultural fields on the basis of 'Centres of Expertise' for:
According to the Functions & Services of EUFPC these 'Centres of Expertise' are self-determined in working as synchronizing think-tank groups and are responsible for the development, presentation and communication of innovative and implementative strategies, as well as for providing appropriate capabilities for political and ad-hoc advisory. EUFPC invites members - Membership - and partners to support and provide the conditions for sustainable synergy by transformative cooperation as well as to create integrating networks of excellent capacities: EUFPC is to be understood and made use of for the creation of the organisational and substantial model and for the enforcement via civil society to prepare for the 'institutionalization' of a common European Foreign Policy in general and in its deducted fields of specialisation. In the field of international governance regimes, the European Institute S Y N P O L I S also assists in assembling and synchronization procedures.
